Our Active Chapter, led by Brother Aiden Neagle (Zeta Lambda Philanthropy Chair), had a successful Spring 2025 Philanthropy Week filled with engaging events and inspirational activities. We are immensely grateful to all participating organizations for their invaluable support and dedication, which enabled us to raise over $3,000 for Murray-Calloway County Need Line. This substantial contribution will play a significant role in helping local families in need, and we are proud of the collective effort that made this achievement possible. We look forward to building on this success in future initiatives and continuing to make a positive impact in our community.

The Murray-Calloway County Need Line is a nonprofit, community-supported organization based in Murray, Kentucky. It has been serving the residents of Murray and Calloway County for over 50 years, focusing on providing basic human needs such as food, shelter, and life-sustaining medication
Key Services Offered:
- Food Assistance: Includes pantry food, USDA commodity foods, and the BackPack Program for children.
- Emergency Aid: Help with rent, utilities, and transportation for medical visits.
- Seasonal Support: Distribution of blankets in winter and fans in summer.
- Educational Programs: Money management classes and nutritional/community information.
- Homeless and Traveler Assistance: Support for those without shelter or stranded in the area.
