Help Needed!!
|
Our house has been paid off since 2014, but the cost to maintain it remain. Over the last 10 years we have not received many donations outside of the Memorial Fund in 2021 and then paying off the note in 2014. 2022 has depleted our reserves with several one time items that were not planned, and we have just learned that our HVAC in the main house is out. We have explored repairing, but due to the age of the unit, parts are no longer available. We have estimates of $21,000 to replace.

Brotherhood Retreat... tradition continues

Our pledge and fraternity retreats were always memory makers. The active chapter continues the tradition of Brotherhood Retreats. This weekend, our Taus of Zeta Lambda took to the fields for our brotherhood retreat! Our retreat was a much needed day of relaxing and growing closer with brothers.
