ATO house improvements continue over the last several years as the Housing Corporation has been busy making numerous much needed improvements to our property. 2021 we have started off finishing the window replacements and gutter replacement. Many have been safety related to remain in compliance after Fire Marshal inspections.
We have had to spend money on a new mower, replaced the HVAC in the gameroom (it gave out after 30 years, holding breath on the house) and replaced the exterior doors.
Thanks to alumnus Chad Denson for working with the chapter to take care of this. It looks great!
We have more work to do and will be looking to add more lifetime members and find additional donations.
