During New Business at the Homecoming chapter meeting, Project Zeta was introduced. Project Zeta will position our Zeta Lambda Chapter for the next 30 years.
We have many areas to industrialize inside and outside our House. This past year we replaced the air conditioning and replaced the roofs on the House and Game Room. The easy part is identifying the opportunities. Over the next few months we will create a committee to put a plan and communications together. The kitchen needs a complete refresh, replacing with industrialized cabinets, appliances, flooring, tables and chairs.
The bathrooms and restrooms also need a complete refresh with cabinets, urinals, showers, toilets, and flooring.
Outside has several areas to repair, like brick, fencing and railing. Setting ourselves apart from other fraternities, we can install permanent outdoor cooking and basketball goal.
The Game Room needs basic care, floor painting (crest), improved indoor lighting and painting. After having the roofing replaced, there are a number of areas where the ceiling needs repairs.
Security and Lighting is needed throughout the House and Game Room, as well as outside.
The Laundry areas are similar to the Kitchen. They need to be replaced and industrialized with appliances, cabinets, shelving, floor and leak pans.
The Parking Lot and garbage areas need repair and re-surfacing. Need to replace or add storage space for Lawn Mower.
Our Alumni Room needs to be remodeled, including digitizing our legacy and providing a digital experience.
