During the Homecoming Chapter meeting, Brother Kirby Rhines was presented the 2022 David Moffitt Distinguished Service Award. Brother Rhines has been an integral leader since his active days as Worthy Master (President) and then through various Alumni chapter roles. Over the last 8 years, he has been the driving force working with the active chapter and our alumni to revive our active chapter.
